Raspberry & Vanilla Mermaid Swirl
SMALL: 10cm in diameter - Serves 4 people. Presented in a round tub with clear lid.
The blue swirl layer is made from a creamy blend of organic activated cashew nuts, organic
vanilla extract and organic coconut cream with organic butterfly pea flower powder creating the beautiful blue hue. The pink layer is created with refreshing organic raspberries, zesty lemon and a creamy blend of activated organic cashews and organic coconut cream.
The two layers are swirled together for a gorgeously creamy and fresh flavour experience,
sitting atop a softly chewy seed, coconut and date base. This cake is sweetened with agave
(cactus nectar), coconut nectar and dates.
