We use our own in-house floral courier specialist to hand deliver all of our gifts.
SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you place an order at these times your order will be processed once we're back in the store on the following business day. However, if you wish to make delivery of an item on a Sunday or public holiday, please email us in advance and we will endeavour to arrange this for you, where possible. Additional delivery fee may apply.
DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS: It is your responsibility to make sure you provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost to you.
DELIVERY ZONES: When placing your order please check the delivery area price and choose the appropriate shipping method. If you have selected the wrong one for where your delivery needs to go, we will contact you. We cannot complete a refund for change of mind regarding choosing the wrong delivery option.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES: When receiving our orders we deliver as soon as we possibly can to the area you have selected. We will endeavor to deliver goods at the agreed delivery time but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order. For urgent deliveries please phone us for assistance on (09) 430 3355. We will endeavor to assist you where possible.
Q: HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?
Our online store accepts payment by credit card using the secure services of Paypal. All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars, and are inclusive of 15% GST. The name that will appear on your statement will be MINT FLORAL LTD. When you submit your order and payment details, your order will be processed and you will receive an email containing your receipt. You can pay by credit card over the phone and in store you can pay by Eftpos, credit card or cash.
Q: WHAT IS MINT FLORALS RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
Mint Floral only offers exchanges - Sorry but due to the nature of our perishable products, we don't issue refunds.
Our exchange policy lasts 24 hours from receipt of your goods. If 24 hours have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be resell-able. It must also be in it's original packaging. Gift products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. If, in your particular circumstance we deem you are due an exchange, you will be able to swap your received goods for something of equal value of the product. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a reason for wanting an exchange. You will be responsible for returning your item to the store if you are applying for an exchange.
Q: CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes, you can. We can do custom orders with products that aren't featured on the site or we can source items outside of the store especially for you. Phone (09) 430 3355 or email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before delivery time with your requirements and we will get back to you with a price and your options.
Q: DOES MINT FLORAL DO WEDDING FLOWERS?
Yes, we do! We love doing weddings! Simply email us with your name, phone number, wedding date, preferred flowers, colours and themes and we will type up a quote and send you some images to get you going on choosing your wedding flowers. Sometimes at busy times of the year we can get booked out. To secure your date and to confirm we will be doing your wedding flowers we require a $100 deposit. This $100 is taken off your final bill. Your final bill is due on the Friday, two weeks prior to your wedding date.
