RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY:
We operate our business under New Zealand Consumer Protection Law. Once you have placed an order with us and transaction of funds has been made, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind / change of situation. We can offer a store credit which expires after 1 year. If for example, you find out that your recipient will be out of town or away on holiday for the date you have selected, we can deliver it on a day they will be back, or we can hold the value as a store credit for you.
