IMPORTANT NOTE: Not available for delivery outside of Whangarei, due to the cake needing to be refrigerated. They require hand delivery so are only available for delivery by our in-house couriers, Whangarei wide.

The blue swirl layer is made from a creamy blend of organic activated cashew nuts, organic
vanilla extract and organic coconut cream with organic butterfly pea flower powder creating the beautiful blue hue. The pink layer is created with refreshing organic raspberries, zesty lemon and a creamy blend of activated organic cashews and organic coconut cream.
The two layers are swirled together for a gorgeously creamy and fresh flavour experience,
sitting atop a softly chewy seed, coconut and date base. This cake is sweetened with agave
(cactus nectar), coconut nectar and dates.

The chocolate layer is made from a creamy blend of organic activated cashew nuts, coconut and cacao. The delicious caramel filling is created with dates, vanilla & cashews. The two layers together combine for a gorgeously creamy and decadent flavour experience, sitting atop a softly chewy seed and date base. This cake is sweetened with coconut nectar and dates (no refined sugar in sight!).
- These beautiful products will be packaged in a small wooden gift crate (25cm x 18cm) with tissue and ribbon trim
We will beautifully present your personal message in a Mint Floral signature delivery tag card and attach it to your order.
- Your order will be hand delivered with care by one of our in-house couriers to your recipient on a day of your choice - Sat 10th or Sun 11th May 2025. Or we will have it ready for collection at a time and day of your choosing over the Mothers Day weekend.
